BP004717: Mouse B2M/beta 2-Microglobulin Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse B2M/beta 2-Microglobulin Protein, (amino acids Ile21-Met119) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Mouse B2M/beta 2-Microglobulin protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 38.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse B2M/beta 2-Microglobulin Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Mouse B2M/beta 2-Microglobulin Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
